I agree with Jane. It is doable, but take your time. Focus on the games and activities, don't get caught up in the "structured" math.

Done correctly, your child should not even notice you are doing "math", they will think you are just playing with them, and giving them the attention they love to have.

Slow and steady, inch by inch. You will see enjoyment, and understanding.
