My Great Grandfather John Allyn Hallmark Houlihan g/12337 Transport sergeant Transport Corps West Kent allegedly was killed in Messepotamia. I can find his medal card (I believe my great grandmother sent the medals back) and he is mentioned in despatches gazette issue 30867 page 9996 April 1918.
Would there be any other sources i could search? Nothing on the war graves commission
