it's $50 for 6 sessions, and you can take any classes. Some of the classes are almost 2 hrs long(power yoga on Monday) and still the same price. Or it's $10 for a session. You can take the first class for free as a trial if you call ahead and make an appointment.
I'm doing Monday power yoga, and Yoga for cyclists, so I hope you can do both! It will be fun.
Is Wednesday at 5 ok for you?
I am supposed to get the cast off this Thursday. If I can I would like to do the Yoga for Cyclists on Wed. 5 pm is ok. What date is the first class?
Cary
There's another class on Wednesday starting at 6:00 pm so 5:30 is probably not possible. The other possibility would be after 7:30 pm but then it might be too late for some. I personally don't care when.
If the schedule is set, it will run through July and August. Whether this class continues or not will depend on the participation! If it does contitue, then I am sure the time could be changed.
Cary, I told Angela that you had a wrist surgery recently-- she said you will just have to make some adjustments for some postures but other than that you should be fine!
Brenda, Guess what, Angela knew you and your daughter Heidi! She said about 10 yrs ago, she worked with Heidi. Did you know that?
Junkman, I do wish that you can make it to the class, and I'm sure Angela will too, so post here when will be best for you.
Chris, I'm so glad that you can join. Is your back feeling any better?
I already go to the 6:00 class. There really isn't a need to do a special class for cyclists since the poses are the same. You know, a rose by another name....
6:00 works now. 5:30 works better. 5:00 & I'll have to switch days.
Oh you go to that one! Then you will be doing two in a row which is really not necessary. Maybe you should talk with Angela.
I know what you mean by 'a rose by another name' -- but maybe this will turn out to be helpful and interesting. It's not like we are killing a rose by calling it a different name, you know.
I think this could be an opportunity for some cyclists who wouldn't have encountered the great world of Yoga otherwise.
