Can anyone recommend a good place to eat in Chattanooga the evening before 3S3M? I'm staying near the event start and would like to find something nearby. Nothing too heavy, I have enough weight to carry over those hills as it is.

Sticky Fingers is great for Ribs and cold brews, Big River is great for most anything and it's a microbrewers...(my daughter also works there), there is also a neat little Resturant across the river in the artsy district called the Tin Roof Bistro or something like that. Very nice food. Then up on the hill near the Art Museum is a nice little place with outdoor dining and awesome coffee, but I can't remember the name of it. All of these are downtown within walking distance of the Aquarium.

Thanks for the information, especially the ribs. for some reason I love ribs after a road race or a century.

I highly recommend Big River. I can't get out of Chatty without stopping in there. If you do decide to go to Big River, the wait is usually long, but it has a huge bar section that is open. There usually are several tables open in the bar section. The pizza is good. Their pasta is good. I hear the beer is good.
