The margin of error on these "bogus" polls range from 50% - 95%....one can vote as many times as they want (on the radio station's website)...and its usually by people that have 13% or less physical activity in their lives.
When I am on my bike.....at least 90% of drivers are courteous.

...by the way, I heard the call-in show when this topic was discussed. The term "spandex road troll" originated from an e-mail (from someone complaining)to the radio station, which started the whole discussion.
The majority (that I heard) of callers were PRO-CYCLISTS, and the talk show host (Ralph Bristol) sided with the cyclists population. And he stated "it takes less than two minutes to pass a cyclist on the road, we all could certainly watch that much less of TV".
