I put \"other\" in the poll because so many authors put their books on Kindle Unlimited. This means that those of us with Nooks or Kobos can\'t buy them. Kobo Plus is the same thing, but not exclusive to Kobo. 😁 We need to make a shift. Amazon doesn\'t need a monopoly. I\'d love to see a book fair with books not on Kindle Unlimited so the rest of us can purchase them, too. 😁

I like the email blogs the best, but I haven’t found any replacement for fb groups. Bluesky just seems to be Twitter with a new name, I tried discord but again there wasn’t the group feel

I refuse to use social media due to privacy concerns so I usually rely on newsletters for author news. Some authors I follow have switched to Substack though and I like that platform.

I prefer the authors newsletter that comes directly to my email.

My fav way to connect is through the Blog/Newsletter. In this changing world, social media is increasingly unreliable and seems a colossal waste of time and energy...keep doing your newsletter...I love it. It is one of the few I make time to read, with my tea and a smile on my face.
