videotext interactive discount with E to G add-on kit

I am about to purchase the E to G add-on kit along with the videotext interactive module A. On the RightStart website it says that if you purchase them together you can get a discount on the videotext module A, but my shopping cart doesn't reflect a discount at all. How do I receive that when ordering?
