Dear Julie,
Thank you for helping me through our geometry workpage today. I don't know why I wasn't getting it, but I was so frustrated I was tying myself in knots.
It's a relief to know that the support is there when we need it. I wasn't even sure how we'd manage this on the phone, but we did.
