Testing performance

I have a 7 year old daughter (in 3rd grade) who just completed level D. We started Rightstart math in level B. My daughter is very bright and has had no difficulties with any of the concepts and she understands and seems to retain her math well. We homeschool through a charter school and students are required to take the M-CAP which is described as an 8 minute assessment that measures number sense, operations, patterns and relationships, geometry, and data and probability. My concern is that while my daughter is doing very well with Rightstart, her scores on the assessment were close to the low end of the winter benchmark cut-off. Considering that she just completed Rightstart math corresponding with 3rd grade and that she does so well, I'm surprised that her scores were not higher. Should I be concerned?
