Corners (Level B, Lesson 59, p. 118)

Kathleen,

Thank you for your response amidst your very busy season. I agree, coming up with this number can be quite addicting. Couldn't one achieve a higher score of 70, though? 20 (10 + 10) + 20 (10 + 10) + 15 (8 + 7) + 15 (9 + 6) = 70
Or, isn't this combination possible with the cards we have been given? I admit that I haven't taken the time to find the exact cards that could create this combination.

Corners Challenge

I have to confess that I did come up with a higher score (I believe it was 70), but I was using a used deck and wasn't certain I was playing with a full deck (haha).

I will try again and let you know what I find! (I'm in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada for a convention and will challenge myself during a slow moment...)

I did get a score of 70! The question was if the cards exist. And they do!
