Can anyone tell me where to find Appendix A&B in the online store? I couldn't locate them and my order is ready except for that.

If you go to

click on the homeschool picture
click on the Level A in the blue box on the left
click on "Starter Kit Level A" picture
you will see that it is the 5th picture down.
