His name is James Louis (or Lewis) Lilly. He was born in Kenna (Jackson county), WV around 1935. His parents were Earl and Freddie Fobar Lilly. He grew up in South Charleston part of his life and graduated from Stonewall in Charleston. He had no brothers or sisters that are known of. His parents separated when he was 13. He married Shirley Ann O'Dell daughter of Roy and Opal Virginia Weese O'Dell on September 20, 1956. She was born in Greenbrier County, WV. At the time when he married, he lived on Kilgore Lane in Charleston, WV. He passed in 1991.
