The WV Heritage site is accepting biographies of soldiers who died while in the armed services. If there is anyone in his family who would like to contribute information on this man please contact me. I have minimal information on him and would like to send the historians something better than dates and places.
He was the son of Frank Maynard Lilly and Opal Pettry.
He married Virginia Vollman and had one son, James Donald Lilly.
In addition to his wife and son he was survived by a brother, Ellwood Lilly.
