He was born at Jumping Branch in Summers county on Feb 3rd 1898 and died in august 20, 1960. He married Lucy Mae Arnold Feb 9th, 1931. I am wanting to find anyone who has pictures of Cecil for my husband. He was born in 1986 and never got to meet his grandpaw.
