Ann is a sister of:
Ophia R. Short Toney, 95, of Prosperity, died Wednesday, June 11, 2003, in Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital. Born March 9, 1908, in Prosperity, she was the daughter of the late Dudley and Rose Kidd Short. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl E. Toney on June 14, 1986.
Survivors include a sister, Ann Short Lilly and husband, Harold, of St. Petersburg, Fla.; a nephew, J. Robert Lilly and wife, Patty, of Fort Mitchell, Ky.; and a niece, Rebecca Lilly and husband, David, of Knoxville, Tenn.
