I am trying to make sense of some genealogy information I found. I am a Lilly. My great grandfather on my father's side was William "One Arm Bill" Lilly. My great grandfather on my mother's side was Calvin Green Meadows. I seem to find Meadows and Lilly's all through my tree but can't seem to figure out where they first joined. Can anyone help me? I would be most grateful.

The two families are closely related by blood. There have been several hundred Lilly-Meadows marriages.
If you would post your descendent line from these two men or email it to me privately I would be willing to post / send you your ancestral lines as I have them. You may have more than the obvious single line.
(I also checked Lilly - Lilly marriages. There have been more than 150 of those too.)
