I am looking for the Thelma Lilly. She is a daughter of Martha Snuffer and Ballard Lilly. Her siblings were/are Ernest, Macil and Sherrell Lilly. She married a Clifton Clyde Persinger and may have married a William Bill Lilly in about 1982. This Thelma Lilly is my biological father's (Ernest's) sister. She may still be living but may be in or close to her 90's.
