So I was finally able to take a day off from work to enjoy the only sun we've seen in about a month. I took Dory (17' Center Console) out on Narragansett Bay on Wednesday June 17 for some striper action. The fish finder was lit like an xmas tree with beegs everywhere. Of course all I caught was a fluke and a bluefish. The fluke was on a soft plastic herring that is normally a striper lure and the blue was on a shallow water crank bait. It was the biggest blue I ever caught, hefty six pounds. Pictures will be updated on Facebook soon.
