HELP

As some of you already know i have a son with ADHD and another son who may have AS. My daughter is the only one who isn't causing any concern at the moment. My problem at the moment is my son with ADHD. He has become obsessed by fire. Twice now, the house has nearly gone up in flames through his obsession and its getting extremely scary. He is only 11 and i was wondering if any mums out there have any advise on how to deal with this best. I've spoken to the doctor and was told that there isn't anything they can do? This is every day now that he is playing with fire and he knows that its my main fear and he still won't stop. Please anyone HELP

Re: HELP

Hi! I have a son and a nephew with ADHD. My nephew around the age of 8 had an obsession with fire. Doctors weren't offering any help even after he started a fire at his school. My sister decided to get the fire department involved and the burn unit at the local hospital. They were very happy to help. They did not hold anything back with my nephew and shared everything with him. He was shocked at what he saw and hasn't touched it since....just asuggestion, and best of luck!
