I'm writing a story about my late father Walter Ernest Spicer who served with The Buffs Regiment, I imagine it was the Royal East Kent Regiment but unsure. I have several items like medals, service and pay book,letters when he was injured. The dog tag he wore has a different number to some paper work I have. He was part of the Army Catering Corps. Can anyone please help with where he was stationed and what division he was in, I know he was in Holland in 1945. Or where I can go for further information.
