I would love to join your ride Monday morning but I pushed a little too hard on the CRAM 100 Saturday. My pace is going to be verrrry slow for a few days; so if there are any EZ riders or beginners thinking about coming and would like a much slower pace and maybe a shorter distance, they can keep me company.

At your worst, you are not slow. Al will ride at a slower pace (after his first few miles) and I am sure he will cut it short. There are many places where you can do a shorter option. Looking forward to seeing you.
