Thanks to all the brave souls who came out today for the first annual Cow Bell Challenge. There was an abundance of heart pounding and heavy breathing action.
Winners were:
QOM: Susan Norvell with a time of 7:14
KOM: Paul Haanschoten with a time of 4:40
Both are excellent times and rank among the best all-time best finishes.
For others there were plenty of individuals who set solid PR's. Congratulations for your efforts.
We will get age group results tabulated and hopefully share these in the near future.
