Hi Bev. I use a Kickr Core for riding on Zwift. It is extremely quiet. It is one of the best rated trainers for wheel off use for the money. The Kickr is also a great trainer but a little more expensive. With the Core you have to add the cost of a cassette or use the one on your bike. Wahoo service is also one of the best. I have 19000 miles on my Core with zero problems. I would be glad to help you get set up.
