Here's the route that goes to Normandy Lake, Tim's Ford and Wood's Res. Rest stops at 22, 45 and 54mi. The stop at 45 may or may not be open...

I would suggest a weekday ride. You will see very little traffic. Saturday's get busy around the lakes...

Route starts at the Arnold AFB MTB trail. I think the parking area is gravel so be careful.
