It is with much sadness that I share this news with you. Elaine Kirk, the sweet, kind, witty, beautiful wife of long time club member Larry Kirk, passed away this past Tuesday. Elaine was not a cyclist, but she almost always attended our club pot lucks and Christmas parties. She made the best blueberry pies! If you’d like to send a card to Larry – his address is 2923 Apache Moon Terrace, Murfreesboro, Tn 37127. Services are being handled by Jennings and Ayres – Saturday visitation is from 4:00 – 8:00, and the funeral is at 2:00 at Jennings and Ayres.

Elaine started the girl’s volleyball program at Eagleville School and coached girls volleyball there for 14 years. In her honor the Elaine Kirk Volleyball Scholarship Fund has been established.
