I purchased this bag for my new touring bike - https://waterflyshop.com/products/waterfly-waterproof-bicycle-frame-bag?variant=5826004484123 but it's too big for me - my bike is small, so it doesn't leave me much room on the top tube when I come off the saddle.

It's a great little bag - holds your cell phone so you can see it - and lots of storage inside, and it received lots of good reviews - because it was inexpensive, I don't have a return option - I bought it from Amazon, and paid around $16 for it - but if someone can use it, I'll let you have for $10.
