My wife forwarded me this email to share with the group. If anyone has an old bike that they have been wanting to get rid of (not sell), then this guy could really use one.
Folks, I have a request that I am hoping someone will assist with. Someone stole Charlie's bike from our Perian's Place. Only theft since we've been here (2015).
Charlie rides his bike from his camp to his jobs and to come here. He works here part time and spends time at SAFPAW cooking, washing his dogs, listening to the races and being a part of our family.
He needs a good, sturdy men's bike that is heavy duty and easy to ride.
Please let me know, because this has truly hurt that someone who works so hard would have this happen.
