The Tennessee Valley Winds (TVW) will perform their annual Wind Band Concert @MTSU School of Music this Thursday 2-8.at 8pm.
The concert will feature a guest conductor by the name of Bill Malambri and a guest trumpet soloist from Chicago, Roger Ingram.
The TVW is a Murfreesboro based Community Band that was formed 32 years ago at MTSU. They preform 4-6 concerts a year in Middle Tennessee. They are a Non Profit 501 (C) (3) that relies on the generosity of members, audiences and donors.
The concert will consist of an Overture, a March, an Irish Ayre for Winds, and a Tribute to the City of Chicago featuring Roger Ingram.
