I need to get an early ride in and would like to get my 57 birthday miles in Saturday morning before the rains come in.

Currently I'm planning to leave at 7:00 a.m. from Rockvale Elem.

Rain at 7:00 a.m. cancels.

Here's one of my favorite 57 mile routes from Rockvale to Chapel Hill and back - based on the forecast we should have a pretty sweet tailwind the last 30+ miles of the route.

Temps look to be perfect for cycling - but there's a good chance we will get rained on - so dress appropriately.
