2017 Ride the Vines is 4/22

April 22nd will mark our 3rd Annual Ride the Vines cycling event benefitting GraceWorks Ministries. Beginning and ending at Samary Plantation, the bike routes will wind through the picturesque landscape of Williamson County. Novices and pros alike can choose from a 24-mile or 52-mile ride.

Our 52-mile ride will include three rest stops and the challenge of Pull Tight Hill. The 24-mile ride, will bypass Pull Tight Hill and includes one rest stop. Bathrooms, food and drinks are provided at every stop.

Starting this year, the 24-mile route will be named the “Brian Angle 24-Mile Ride” to honor the memory of the dedicated cyclist who participated in this event its first two years helping and encouraging newer riders. A portion of the proceeds from Ride the Vines will go toward the Brian Angle Leadership Award to Angle’s alma mater, Marshall University.

This event will feature a staggered start with the first ride beginning at 8 a.m. Afterwards, brunch will be served at Samary Plantation. The first 250 cyclists registering, 21 and older, will receive a special bottle of wine commemorating the event.
