CANE offers a nice easy but fun trail system that is fun enough for seasoned riders but friendly enough for new to the scene.
Rental bikes at mtsu if need to get a trail bike to see what all the fuse is about.
Come play in the dirt and have some fun. If you have a mtb well dust that thing off a little because its fun.
