The HOT 100 is Saturday, August 20th and the registrations are pouring in!! The Ride team is hard at work putting together a great ride for our 26th year. I am proud to report the the rest stop volunteer coordinators and rest stop captains have filled the rest stop needs. We only have one stop that needs to be manned Whoo HOO!!! We have a few other Day of Ride jobs to be filled. Here is a brief list!! ; )

WHAT: A truck with hitch to haul a flat bed trailer.
Ice Pickup
WHERE: Kroger, 2050 Lascassas Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37130
WHEN: Saturday, August 20, 5:00 AM
WHAT: Pick up truck that can haul 4 large marine Rubbermaid ice chest and 2 smaller ice chests and deliver to Lascassas Baptist Church and Lascassas elementary school.
Hydration Squad (2 or 4 people needed)
WHERE: Here, there and everywhere in Lascassas and points beyond.
WHEN: Saturday August 20 - 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
WHAT: Replenish ice at North rest stops.
Replenish ice and water at South rest stops.
Rest Stop Breakdown And Cleanup. (4 people needed)

WHAT: Here’s if you chance to cool off and play in the water. All supplies must be reorganized and loaded in the MBC trailer. This includes washing and drying the drink coolers and ice chests.

School Cleanup Crew (ALL HANDS ON DECK)
We have a limited number of hours to gather our belongs and close up shop. We need leave the premises by 5:00 PM. Volunteers can start helping any time during the day but we need a good group of folks between 3:00 and 5:00 PM.
