Tuesday's ride will depart at 5:30pm. Main route is 47.5 miles, with a stop at Subway in Chapel Hill for dinner at mile 26, and then a 21 mile return leg in the dark. Strong headlight and rear blinky required for the long route. Would like to take it easy -- mostly in a double paceline at 16-17mph so anyone that wants to come can hang on and enjoy the company.
After dinner, we can go back at the same leisurely pace, or we can break into natural groups, but we'll all need to make sure no one is left alone.
If you can't do the long route, there's a 20 mile option that should get everyone back well before sunset.
