Come out and shake off that Thanksgiving coma with a fun ride down to Bell Buckle! Start time at noon so you can visit with your family and let the temp warm up a bit. We'll leave Rockvale Elem 12:00pm and make one minor change to the gps route by turning left on Rockvale Rd at mile 1.8 to get us off Salem Pike. We rejoin the gps route with a left turn on Hidden Valley at mile 4.1.

Social pace for me, no official sweep so find a friend and take care of each other as always. This route is flat and fast if you wanna hammer go ahead! But remember Sarah will lead a lovely metric to Rock Creek on Saturday and on Sunday we're going up Pulltight so keep a little in the tank.
