Tuesday from LBC at 4:00pm 9/3/2013

I will be doing the Hot 100 33 mile route no cue sheet needed.

Wheels roll at 4:00pm sharp

Getting ready for the BRAT trying to avg about 40 miles a day.
CZ pace 12-15 mph pace.
