Its on Rehobath. We had a sheriff (who was just next door) go there a few weeks ago to talk to the owner, but not sure if the owner was even home. The pit bull had run off by then due to a dose of pepper spray, but then he was back the next day and again the next week. He started off as nipping at heels, but he progressed to cutting riders off.
my worst offenders have both been re-trained in traffic etiquette. they now avoid the road when they see me coming (and i expect that they do the same for any other cyclist-one had bitten me and the other contributed to a crash)
