Hey Everyone,
Last evening Don Holder one of our members that pitches in at the HOT and 2CM had a crash. I talked with him and he broke an arm/elbow that required surgery.
If you know Don, as always, he was still very jolly(maybe the meds)and upbeat. He is at MTMC in room 353 till later today or tomorrow.
Keep him in your thoughts and be careful out there.

Does that qualify for a club fruit basket? A couple of years ago I was told you get a club fruit basket if your crash involves a hospital stay. I have been trying to not earn one ever since.

Bike crash-actually hit Bubba Primms bike-so a bike to bike crash-looks like he gets the fruit basket!

I heard someone else wrecked coming down Lynch Hill the other week. What's his status?

That was Lance. He went to the ER and got checked out and is OK. However, he's not a member so no fruit basket. Dang. But we are checking into what the club can provide insurance wise.

Thanks James and everyone for your calls and thoughts and prayers .. they let me out of the hospital yesterday after the surg on the elbow and hope to be back on the bike in a couple of months..guess i will learn to be ambidextrous after this ha..
