Many of you, like I, may have had a meltdown if you rode yesterday with a 105 heat index, but Team OS did just the opposite. At the Avery Trace Cycling Classic RR & TT in Gainesboro, the men and women teams won every race they entered. The road race is well known as a very tough, hilly route and draws a big crowd of racers from all over the southeast.

None of the women raced the TT because of heat (but you who know would have won).
Two other M'boro guys did well today, David Fedak took 3rd in the TT and Bob Tuma took 3rd in the RR (both cat 5 35+).
This team just gets faster & smarter while racing for the Murfreesboro Bike Club and Team OS Performance Nutrition.
