not really all done, but bike is rideable with one brake and one gear. put 3 hours on it this morning. loving it.
couple more things to braze and some fine tuning. oh, and little paint. don't be alarmed if you see me out on a naked bike.
for those that don't know, i've bee wanting to build frames for a long time and a friend offered his tooling so two weeks ago i came to texas and started builing a bike. now it's 98% done and i'm happy and he's happy and i'll be super happy to get back to tennessee.
sure, right after i get two brakes on. ordering brake bridge now.
and you'll be pleased to know that the "gravel" we hit last time has migrated to the edges of that road--just good ole chip and tar now. we can run that and then over up Dug Hollow and back around and then Dickens. Parker Hill is cool too, but it's too gravelly fer ya.
