Remember we start at 7 a.m. from Rock Springs Middle School, 3301 Rock Springs Rd, Smyrna, TN.

Short route - 22.2 miles with small to medium rolling hills....no store stops.

Long route - 53.7 miles, climbs at Paw Paw Springs, Independent Hill, and Burke Hollow....and lots of rollers, not much flat terrain on this route!! We will have a store stop at mile 29 in College Grove.

Thanks for a great route Keith. The 7am start was a good call -- got 53 miles in before I'd normally be out of bed. And thanks to Jim and Bill for the GPS version of the route.
