You probably need to wait a little for that, but for racing in TN refer to tbra.org, and sometime ago nashvillecyclist.com had a comprehensive riding/racing calendar for the area of Tn, Ky, NC, SC, Ga, and such. So far, I had no luck finding a really good source of road/track/recreational riding/racing except USA cycling website (if you are a licensed racer).

The Harpeth club used to maintain a calendar for regional organized rides - not races. But I don't think they have it ready yet for 09.
