Hey Josh, I tend to ride early on Sundays, but you'll have to come out here and try my routes. Anything from 15-65 depending on who is riding and how they're feeling. Mostly flat to rolling unless you want to play with the climbs like: Petty Gap, Hills Creek, Cove Hill, Burt-Burgen, or Dickens Hill. Less traffic, mostly good paving, but a few doggies--"K9 Sprints".
