Hey, I have a quick question about Saturday's rides... What kind of distance and speed do you average on the CZ rides? I haven't been on a bike since Spring semester and I didn't stay in shape over the summer so I will be attempting to get back into it this Saturday if at all possible.

Hey Daniel, I'm leading the CZ ride on Saturday. We'll do 12 - 20 miles depending on who shows up and how much they want. we'll average 10-13 miles per hour fairly flat. Steve and I will do more after the ride if you want more miles, and some climbing.
