Thanks, I hope I develop quickly as well, But with so many great builders out there, I don't see _my_ list getting quite so long. I think it's fantastic for the builders who have that sort of "job security".

If (humongous, slightly contradictory IF)I were to get on Richie's list, I'd be hoping for the frame before my 50th and I remember turning 40 not too long ago.
