What size? How about a fixed gear?

He is 6'4" like me, but he told me as long as the bike frame will allow changes to meet his height,then he is not picky. I think he is almost looking for a beater.

Yes, the geometry is road, has drop bars,and a front brake, 44x17, 23mm tires.
