I have a Minoura Inter-rim that you might like. Because it rests against the wheel rim it doesn't wear out your tire. It has nine different levels that are adjustable remotely. It retails for around $250 (I think) and it probably has less than ten hours time on it. I could probably part with it for around $75. Email me if you are interested.
