Come support our first Murfreesboro Half Marathon this Saturday 9-22. Race starts at MTSU 0700 and finish at the new MTSU track and field stadium on Greenland Dr. Route is posted on Themiddlehalf.com website. I'm hoping to finish in one piece.

Lots of places for spectating. Park at MTSU and watch the start, and then the runners will come back by the start at 2 miles before heading out on old Lascassas. Jump on your bike or stroll out to Rutherford Blvd and watch the runners again at 4.5 miles. Back to the soccer stadium and you can watch the finishers on the track.

Had a great run and saw a lot of friends. Got a little warmer towards the end. A well organize race . Pace was a bit slower than my usual time otherwise I felt good as a matter fact I road 15mi.when I got home. Guess its time for me to start putting some road miles again. See you guys on the road.
