I called the city today. All the engineers were tied up in meetings so only talked to the secretary who only knew what the letter said:
Meeting When: tomorrow everning (7/17/07) from 4:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m
Where: Franklin Road Baptist Church 3148 Franklin Road
Who: City Engineering Department and representative from Wiser Company, LLC, the City's consultant for the project
I'm planning on going at 5:00 so they don't leave in case people don't show up at the start. I'd ride my bike but there's crazy traffic & NO BIKE LANES
Will plan Wednesday's Kittrell route so we don't miss a ride. See you there.
