First time back on the bike since my crash....trial run today around the neighborhood, just to see how things felt. Apparently my rear derailleur is damaged, this caused my chain to wedge between the rear cog and spokes. This immediately "locked" all forward movement and sent me to the ground again. I'm OK, only thing hurt was my pride and a little more pain to my ribs.

You gotta stop that stuff, Keith! Glad you weren't hurt seriously this time.

Ouch! Be careful, you can really hurt yourself. Maybe it's time to get the bike a physical? Hope you are better soon.
