I will be riding from Rock Springs Middle School, 3301 Rock Springs Road in Smyrna this Thursday starting at 10 a.m. About 30 miles or more if anyone would like to join.

This Thursday's 10 a.m. ride is CANCELLED. I took a bad tumble on Tuesday night's ride....long story short, I have a cracked rib.
So I will be out of commission for a week or so.
